On December 8, 2009, The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed Receiver Manager ("Receiver") of the assets, undertakings and properties of Pointe of View Developments (Squamish) Inc. The Receiver has secured the funding to complete construction of phases two and three of the development. The Construction Manager on the project is Mierau Contractors Ltd.
The development has 2/5/10 home warranty insurance provided by National Home Warranty.
